This entry level role is fast paced and involves running numerous projects simultaneously and with ultimate efficiency. This role will entail meeting room management, meeting and greeting, diary management, fielding incoming calls / emails as well as team support and project work. This role is an ideal ‘foot in the door’ and gives the postholder the opportunity to develop professionally and potentially move towards research, analysis or project management roles in the future. This role is ideally suited to graduates with 6 months experience in administration, project support, reception or Office Manager roles. Candidates will need to be project focussed, detail oriented and able to cope with large volumes of work with ease and positivity.
