They are looking for a bright and people focused Administrator to support their HR team, on a 12 month maternity cover contract. Duties will include Ensuring all employee records are up to date and compliant with UK employment law Taking ownership of company data, keeping data clean and accurate Issuing employee contracts, letters and any other HR correspondence Compensation and benefit administration and set-up New joiners, leavers and any other people change Logging and tracking holiday, sickness and other absences Collating payroll data Creating reports (absence, sickness, benefits, comps and bens, pensions Recruitment admin and scheduling (interviews) We are looking for candidates with high levels of EQ, those who understand the true value of a 1st class HR service and engagement to a business. We are looking for a small amount of HR Experience but you must have a strong motivation and an aptitude to learn.
