Our client, a leading biopharmaceutical company is looking for a part-time ongoing temp for their Clinical Operations team. Part time -22.5 hours per week (flexible distribution of total hours over 3 to 5 days). This an ongoing temping role paying £15-16 per hour and is starting asap so we are only able to consider immediately available candidates. This Administrator / Analyst position within the Clinical Operations team will involve having prime responsibility for the Purchase Order creation and maintenance, invoice receipting and other administrative tasks within Clinical Operations. Key Responsibilities include: Purchase Order (PO): creation of POs, PO issues identification and resolution (edits, missing POs, incorrect coding, exhausted POs), analysis of historic POs, PO amendment as per revised contracts, PO tracking and reporting. Invoicing Process -receipt of invoices, tracking invoices and credit notes from Vendors. Follow up with internal Clinical Operations stake holders as required. Liaising with internal Purchasing, Accounts and Finance departments attending weekly calls for issue resolution. Coordinate Vendor/ Supplier set up with Purchasing, Accounts and HR as required. Prepare supporting documentation for Contract signature as required. Upload documents for signature onto DocuSign. Data analysis for the wider Clinical Operations team Any other tasks as required Demonstrated skills and competencies We are looking for previous experience of Purchase Order / Procurement systems and data analysis experience Qualifications A degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Finance (preferred) Skills/Specialist knowledge Financial or budget experience Experience of contract administration Strong capability with Microsoft Excel Working knowledge of Microsoft D365 financial platform, DocuSign, SharePoint would all be desirable Excellent organisational and project management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills within an international clinical organisation Fluency in written and spoken English, knowledge of other languages an advantage Matchstick is a leading London recruitment consultancy.
