*** HR Coordinator *** Our client is a leading group of online gaming brands based in Central London. They are looking for bright and people focussed Administrator to support their Human Resources team. Duties will include Ensuring all employee records are up to date and compliant with UK employment law Taking ownership of company data, keeping data clean and accurate Issuing employee contracts, letters and any other HR correspondence Compensation and benefit administration and set-up New joiners, leavers and any other people change Logging and tracking holiday, sickness and other absences Supporting onboarding new employees or employee transfers Collating payroll data Creating reports (absence, sickness, benefits, comps and bens, pensions Recruitment admin and scheduling (interviews) We are looking for candidates with high levels of EQ, those who understand the true value of a 1st class HR service and engagement to a business.
